💰 Refund Policy

At UmmahNest, we dedicate time and effort to provide high-quality counseling and mentorship services. Due to the nature of our business, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a session is booked and confirmed.
1️⃣ No Refund Policy
✔ All bookings are final, and payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
✔ If a client misses a session or fails to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be forfeited without a refund.
2️⃣ Rescheduling Policy
✔ Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice via the booking system or email.
✔ Last-minute rescheduling (within 24 hours) is not permitted, except in emergencies.
3️⃣ Cancellation by Us
✔ If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
🚀 First-time clients are eligible for a one-time session reschedule, even within 24 hours, as a courtesy!
